I like to reward good roleplaying at the table. This will go beyond having a consistent accent though. A tactical character doing everything he can to resolve an encounter before it’s even begun, an altruistic character donating his earnings to the church rather than spending it on weaponry, or even just a particularly memorable interaction will be enough to grab these extra points at the end of an encounter. This will earn you and your teammates an additional 25 points per person and will stack. So, if three of you have awesome roleplaying moments during that session, each person will get an additional 75 XP at the end of the encounter.
Cinematic Auto Successes
Taking the place of inspiration will be cinematic auto successes. Once per character per chapter (read large obtainable goal like capture bandit leader or travel to far away city) you will have the option of replacing a failed ability check or save with a success. These successes will not roll over to the next chapter.
